I got a message saying that charging was interrupted. Thanks to tesla owners in nearby stalls we were able to figure out that we could manually unlock the port via a manual cable that disengages the lock inside the trunk. My immediate thought was that reviewer that had the stuck cable. Hopefully your problem is just as simple.
