Candy Covered Pretzel Sticks

Chill until firm about 10 to 15 minutes. If using sprinkles you must sprinkle them before the chocolate starts to set or they won t adhere to the pretzel. Chocolate covered pretzel rods are a sweet and salty treat that is easily customizable for any holiday or occasion and fun for kids to help make too. Decorate half of the pretzels with sprinkles.

Place on waxed paper. If applying sprinkles do so immediately rotating the pretzel rods to coat all sides. Larger sprinkles work best if placed individually. Dip three fourths of each pretzel into caramel allowing excess to drip off.

Place your sprinkles or candies on a paper plate and roll each pretzel rod in desired topping or just sprinkle on. Dip the pretzel rods in the glass and tilt the glass as needed to cover as much of the pretzel as desired.
